To ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for all our clients, we have outlined the following policies. By booking our services, you agree to adhere to these policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Reservations and Payments

  • Advance Reservations: Reservations are recommended to ensure availability, especially during peak times and holidays.

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and corporate account billing (for approved accounts). Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • Deposit Requirements: For larger vehicles or group bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.

    • No-shows will be charged the full fare.

Service Policies

  • Chauffeur Courtesy: Our chauffeurs are trained professionals who prioritize your comfort and safety. Please treat them with respect. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of service.

  • Wait Time:

    • For airport pick-ups, we allow a complimentary wait time of 30 minutes after the flight’s scheduled arrival time.

    • For non-airport pick-ups, a grace period of 15 minutes is included. After this time, additional wait time charges may apply.

  • Additional Stops: Stops along the route must be pre-arranged and may incur additional fees based on the location and duration.

Safety and Conduct

  • Passenger Safety: Seat belts must be worn at all times. The maximum occupancy of the vehicle must not be exceeded.

  • Prohibited Items: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any violation may result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

  • Damage to Vehicles: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle’s interior or exterior during their ride. A cleaning or repair fee will be assessed as necessary.

  • Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol consumption is permitted only in vehicles designed for such use (e.g., limousines) and must comply with local laws. Passengers must be 21 years or older.

Special Requests

  • Child Safety Seats: Available upon request at the time of booking. Parents/guardians are responsible for securing the child safely in the seat.

  • Luggage Allowance: Please inform us of any oversized or excess luggage to ensure the appropriate vehicle is assigned.

  • Accessibility: If you require an accessible vehicle, please notify us during the reservation process so we can accommodate your needs.

Weather and Delays

  • Service Delays: While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or road closures may cause delays. We will communicate promptly if delays occur.

  • Severe Weather: In cases of extreme weather, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services for safety reasons.

Corporate Accounts

  • Eligibility: Corporate accounts are available for businesses requiring regular transportation services. Contact us for more information on account setup and billing options.

  • Billing Cycle: Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Refunds and Disputes

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed for eligible cancellations or service issues, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Dispute Resolution: If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
